Before booking your appointment, please take a moment to thoroughly read the policies below. These guidelines help ensure a smooth and respectful environment for all clients. ⸻ 📌 General Policies • Clients must come alone. No children or extra guests are allowed in the salon during your appointment. • Full payment is due the day of your appointment in CASH ONLY. Please do not pay in full when booking online. • Only the services listed are available. If it’s not listed, it is not offered. • Ages 12+ only • Your natural hair must be at least 4 inches in length to proceed with your selected service. • Positive energy only – good vibes are always welcomed! ⸻ 💰 Deposits & Fees • No deposit, no appointment. • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Once your appointment is approved, you’ll receive a text with deposit instructions. • Squeeze-in / same-day appointments are available for an additional $50 fee. • Rescheduling fee: $25 if you need to change your appointment after it’s been booked. • No-call, no-show = permanent booking ban. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy • There is a 10-minute grace period with a $15 late fee. • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in a canceled appointment and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Prep Guidelines • Hair must be clean and fully blown out before your appointment. • Please do not arrive with damp, tangled, or uncombed hair. • If your hair is not properly prepped, a fee will be added or service may be denied. • I do not tuck hair. (Example: If you want 613, your hair must be 613 or close in color.) ⸻ 📆 Rescheduling & Cancellations • If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day rescheduling is not permitted. You’ll need to cancel and book a new appointment with a new deposit. • Please plan your appointment time wisely if you have events or other engagements. I will not rush my work. ⸻ 🚫 Refund Policy • No refunds.
